FAQ
My alarm did not ring. What should I do?
Check that Ringwell is allowed to schedule alarms (Settings > Ringwell), turn off Low Power Mode, make sure no Focus mode silences it, and update iOS to the latest version. Then open Ringwell once so it can reschedule. Alarm behavior depends on your device and system settings.
How do I turn off reminders or delete my data?
To pause one medication, switch it off in its detail page. To delete one, remove it in the app. To erase everything, go to Settings > Privacy and data > “Erase all data”, which also cancels all alarms. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data.
Where is my data stored?
On your own phone, in the app’s private storage. Ringwell has no account and no server that receives your medication data. Because we do not hold it, we cannot recover deleted data. iOS backups may include app data according to your system settings.
How do I contact you?
Email support@pelmavio.com. Please do not include sensitive health details in your email.
Is Ringwell medical advice?
No. Ringwell only reminds and records. It does not diagnose, treat, or advise on medications or doses. Follow your doctor or pharmacist, and seek care if you feel unwell.
Disclaimer
Ringwell only reminds and records. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, does not check for drug interactions, and is not for emergencies. Follow your doctor or pharmacist for your medications, doses and timing, and seek medical care if you feel unwell. Ringwell is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Reminders may not ring because of your phone’s settings, permissions or system limits (for example, alarm permission turned off, a low volume, Focus or Low Power Mode settings, or an iOS limit on alarms). Please check that Ringwell is allowed to set alarms, and don’t rely on Ringwell as your only reminder.
